Volunteer Registration and Information

Are you interested in assisting us with the Barrington Concours d'Elegance, Legends & Legacies in July 2012? This year we are OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, so we'll need lots of volunteers! We are looking for volunteers to help with the Road Rally (Saturday, July 14) and the Concours and Gala (Sunday, July 15).

If you register to be an event volunteer, it is required that you be able to be on your feet for at least one hour at a time, lift heavy boxes (15 pounds), and be able to be in direct sunlight.

2012 Volunteer Opportunities

Concours Showfield/Vehicle Volunteer (Sunday, July 15)

Volunteers in this area will with assist with staging exhibitor vehicles and assisting vehicle owners. The following shifts are available:
Morning (6:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)
Afternoon (11:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.)

Concours Logistics Volunteer (Sunday, July 15)

Volunteers in this area will assist with check-in, registration, parking, ticket sales, raffle sales, concierge services, and general public oversight. The following shifts are available:
Morning: 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Afternoon: 9:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Evening: 1:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Concours Gala Volunteer (Sunday, July 15)

Volunteers in this area will assist with set up of the evening gala, registration and check-in, and concierge services. The following shifts are available:

Morning: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Afternoon: 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Evening: 3:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (If you register for this area, it’s required that you dress in gala attire.)

Road Rally Volunteer (Saturday, July 14)

Road Rally volunteers will assist with Road Rally setup, Rally Stop management, and the post-event picnic. The following shift is available:

8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (one shift only)
