Official Raffle Rules

Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. To enter on an official entry form, hand print name, street address, city, state, zip, telephone number and the prize drawing you wish to enter. Mail your entry form and check to Barrington Concours d'Elegance, 117 S. Cook Street, #117, Barrington, IL 60010. To enter this raffle without purchase, limit one entry, enclose name, address, and phone number on a 3"x5" paper, hand print your name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, and the prize drawing you wish to enter. Mail your entry in a hand-written envelope to the address above. We must receive your entry prior to July 11, 2010. Potential winners must execute any required Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within 10 day of attempted notification. Non-compliance with this time period will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. All travelers must execute a Release of Liability before ticketing. All travelers must agree to depart and return on dates specified by the sponsor(s). Dates of departure and return are subject to change. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply to travel and other prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Winners agree that the sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and promotion agencies shall not be liable for injuries or losses of any kind resulting from acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of prize or resulting from winner's participation in this raffle. For the name of winners, send a separate, stamped, self-addressed envelope to Barrington Concours d'Elegance, 117 S. Cook Street, #117, Barrington, IL 60010.
